1. Description of Service

CorvoGym is a subscription software service that helps gym owners manage members, attendance, scheduling, billing, staff, leads, workout programs, nutrition plans, and related operations, including an AI-assisted feature called Corvo AI.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Gym Owner and Staff Responsibility

The gym owner who registers a CorvoGym account is responsible for that gym’s use of the service, including the actions of any staff accounts they invite. Staff accounts are subject to the permissions assigned to them by the gym owner or an authorized manager.

4. Member Data Responsibility

Gym owners and their staff are solely responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to collect and enter information about their gym members into CorvoGym, and for the accuracy and legality of that data. CorvoGym is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or legality of member information entered by Customers.

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

CorvoGym offers Starter, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans, each with different feature access and capacity limits, as described on our Pricing page. New accounts begin with a trial period providing access to the application before a paid plan is selected. Feature availability and limits for each plan are subject to change; the current, authoritative feature set for your account is what is actually available within the application at any given time.

6. Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. CorvoGym does not process or store your card number, CVV, or other raw payment credentials — this is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy’s own hosted checkout.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next billing renewal while allowing continued access to the service until the end of the current, already-paid billing period, subject to how our billing system processes the cancellation. Cancellation does not, by itself, produce a refund — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund eligibility.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CorvoGym for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another gym’s data without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent the application’s security, authentication, or entitlement controls
• Upload information you are not authorized to collect or process
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service

9. Corvo AI

Corvo AI is an assistive feature that may generate inaccurate or incomplete information. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, fitness, legal, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions. Where the application requires explicit confirmation before an AI-proposed action takes effect, you are responsible for reviewing that action before confirming it.

10. Intellectual Property

CorvoGym and its underlying software remain the property of its operators. You retain ownership of the data you and your gym members enter into the application.

11. Third-Party Services

CorvoGym relies on third-party services, including Resend (email delivery), Lemon Squeezy (payment processing), and AI providers (currently Groq, with Anthropic supported as an alternative), described further in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep CorvoGym available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors outside our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CorvoGym and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on Corvo AI-generated content.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using CorvoGym and cancel your subscription at any time.

15. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may update CorvoGym’s features and these Terms over time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we make changes to these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable laws. As CorvoGym is operated from Algeria, questions regarding governing law and jurisdiction should be understood in that context; this Policy does not make a specific legal claim beyond that.
